About the RoleThe ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service by greeting visitors professionally and assisting them with their inquiries. They will possess excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of administrative procedures, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $16.00/hr-$19.00/hr, providing a solid foundation for growth and development. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and supporting the sales department through timely and effective client inquiries.
Responsibilities- Greet customers in a professional manner and address their requests promptly.
- Treat all customers with courtesy and respect, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a professional tone throughout.
- Support the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
