Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our client, a top commercial construction general contractor, in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Project Managers and Superintendents on site to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee construction projects from start to close-out, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Prepare punch lists and manage Field Personnel to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Establish project plans, maintain weekly progress, and pulse of project to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Owners, Engineers, and Design Consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Enforce Safety Programs and manage Quality Control Programs to ensure a safe and high-quality work environment.
  • Manage accurate invoice payment processes and financial management of project costs to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience with Ground Up Construction, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Stable work record and knowledge in Construction Management or a related field.
