Essential Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
A minimum of 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 10 years with a Master's degree; or 7 years with a Ph.D.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or four (4) years of professional experience in these technical areas.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple, concurrent tasks.
Experience in outreach and collaboration with intra/inter-organizational entities.
Familiarity with cloud computing principles.
Experience in supporting IP networks and LAN/WAN management.
Experience in evaluating technical risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or ten (10) years of professional experience in these technical areas.
Relevant experience and interactions with customers.
Experience in network red teaming.
Knowledge of data transport mechanisms.
Certifications and/or experience in IP networking.

The Technical Network Cyber Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping the Customer organization's future by documenting high-level requirements to support the mission.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for performing the required duties to foster collaboration and engagement with various organizations.

This position will support the Customer organization through various tasks, including but not limited to:

Regular collaboration and interaction with relevant Operations and CI-focused partners to ensure alignment and support for technical development solutions, as well as the integration of pertinent lessons learned.
Conducting advanced cyber analysis for Customer systems across a diverse range of threat vectors.
Reviewing intelligence and providing summarized analysis and insights for the Customer Project Manager and Management.

Employing a comprehensive range of methodological tools and approaches to gain a thorough understanding of complex analytic issues from a mission perspective and incorporating insights and findings into well-crafted summary reports as necessary.

To meet the high standards required by the Customer, the candidate will proactively engage with the Customer and various stakeholders to address intelligence gaps that are not currently fulfilled through existing reporting.

Regular interaction with other stakeholders to gather relevant requirements for technical development and ensure the team remains aligned with all analytic products.
Assisting Customer managers in establishing and adjusting strategic plans to align with insights and recommendations derived from reviews of relevant reporting.
