Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead CNC Machinist to oversee our machining department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Safely setting up, programming, and operating advanced machinery, including Manual and CNC Lathes, Manual & CNC Mills, and 5-Axis machines.
  • Leading the Machining Department by prioritizing tasks, ensuring efficient run rates, and adhering to schedules.
  • Inspecting workpieces for accuracy using various tools and gauges.
  • Maintaining machine performance through regular maintenance and repair.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with manual and CNC Lathes, and/or manual & CNC Mills.
  • Strong knowledge of programming, measurement, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
