We are a leading sheet metal fabrication and machining company in the Midwest, specializing in stainless steel.

This position plays a vital role in meeting customer requirements and industry standards by utilizing expertise in grinding tools and supplies to achieve high-quality finishes.

  • Key Responsibilities: Translate finishing notes into a plan for completion, determine efficient grinding tools and supplies, maintain process controls for product quality, and share responsibility for communication across departments.
  • Grinding/Polishing Operations: Utilize knowledge of grinding processes, tools, and supplies to maximize equipment performance and lifespan.
  • Safety First: Always wear personal protective equipment when in the plant and participate in required safety training.

As a Metal Finishing Specialist at Ace Metal Crafts, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for ensuring that all finished products meet customer expectations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience polishing stainless steel, material handling skills, and crane operation proficiency.
