Trailblazer: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading AI projects that require innovative problem-solving. Experience in navigating extensive documentation and compliance guidelines is essential.
Partnership: Daily collaboration with diverse teams to understand the AI landscape will be crucial. The candidate should inspire AI subject matter experts to streamline production processes within tight deadlines.
Process Definition: Develop a comprehensive approval process that accommodates various stakeholders, including Application Owners, Engineering Management, and Compliance Experts. Flexibility to adapt processes mid-project is vital.
