We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join our team at MedPOINT Management. This role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the credentialing and re-credentialing process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our credentialing database system and related systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare credentialing, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Liaising with CVO, credentialing staff, and provider services to coordinate the credentialing and re-credentialing process

• Verifying and analyzing practitioner applications and accompanying documents to ensure applicant eligibility

• Preparing credentials files for completion and presentation to MedPOINT's Credentialing Committee

• Responding to inquiries from health plans and provider offices/clinics

• Monitoring and optimizing efficiency with document generation and reporting

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
