Director of Sales and Marketing

The Director of Sales and Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the company's market position, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team. This position involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximize sales opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and develop and drive an effective channel management program.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract and sign new distributors, establish and nurture strong EPC partnerships, and expand regional field sales opportunities.
- Strategic Customer Partnerships: Cultivate a strong Strategic Customer Partnership culture, establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing EPC firms, and provide guidance and resources to the Strategic Account Management team.
- Channel Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel management strategy, including the creation and execution of a structured channel program, and identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the creation of marketing strategies, focused on growing audiences and driving broader adoption of EG4 products, and utilize advanced data analytics and market research to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships, and ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives, establish sales targets, and track performance.
- Training and Development: Develop training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, and conduct regular training sessions and workshops.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, and prepare and present reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources, and allocate funds for various marketing activities and initiatives.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, and promote ethical business practices within the sales and marketing teams.
Physical Requirements: This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, computer work, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
