Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Join Signature Solar LLC as an Inside Sales Associate and play a crucial role in promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to engage with potential clients, provide information on the benefits of solar energy, and guide them through the sales process. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and our company's products and services.
  • Assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Staying informed about the latest advancements in solar technology and industry trends.
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of our solar products and services.
  • Effectively communicating technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Conducting consultations with customers to understand their energy requirements and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
  • Presenting and explaining pricing, financing options, and incentives.
  • Closing sales and achieving weekly/monthly targets.
  • Actively engaging in lead generation activities, including participating in events, promotions, and networking.
  • Following up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to implement lead generation strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Providing post-sale support and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Completing sales-related paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and achievements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in solar energy or related fields is a plus.
