We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at OMEGA BEHAVIORAL CARE CORP. This is an exciting part-time opportunity for an individual with expertise in behavioral therapy to work closely with our Owners and grow into a full-time role as their caseload expands.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $90.00 per hour, with potential increases based on case load growth. The starting rate includes benefits, such as competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and professional development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide direct services to clients of all ages, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs
  • Monitor program progress through data collection and record maintenance
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct competency assessments of RBTs
  • Perform initial assessments and client intakes
  • Administer VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS, or other curriculum assessments
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, therapists, co-workers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Masters Degree required
  • Valid BCBA certification necessary
  • CPR and BLS certification required
  • Eligibility to participate in private and federally funded insurance programs
  • Medicaid provider number required
  • A valid form of transportation is mandatory
Schedule and Location

This position operates Monday to Friday, offering flexibility and the opportunity to balance personal and professional life. Work locations include clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
