  • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management profiles and recommend policies that meet their evolving insurance needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure compliance with program requirements and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Be open to learning about the insurance industry and its relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Hold a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
  • Have a basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software and fundamental computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Hold a high school diploma; a college degree is a plus.
