Guardian Life Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to financial professionals and clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues related to brokerage and advisory accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to financial professionals and clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing a wide range of wealth management topics, including account setups, transfers, mutual funds, annuities, stocks, bonds, and qualified and non-qualified plans.
  • Accurately research and resolve complex inquiries, utilizing multiple computer systems and tools to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Guardian's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-touch, service or operations environment, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong insurance, retirement, and/or wealth management knowledge, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • College degree or relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of computer systems and keyboarding skills.
  • Securities license (Series 7 or 63) preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and multitasking skills.
