Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft parts, components, and materials, ensuring compliance with FAA standards and company policies.
- Ordering and Procurement: Coordinate with vendors to order and procure aircraft parts, components, and materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Parts Inspection and Storage: Inspect received parts, check-in parts to confirm orders, and maintain a clean and organized parts storage area.
- Warranty and Returns: Manage warranty parts, records, storage, and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and FAA regulations.
- Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the shipping of materials, parts, and other needed items to outside areas, ensuring compliance with company procedures and CFR regulations.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct monthly physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to ensure accuracy of parts inventory, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Warehouse/Inventory experience and/or Administrative, inventory, or recordkeeping experience.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior aviation maintenance/aviation parts experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to source and order parts and materials.
