  • Manage inbound communications from providers regarding member eligibility and claims.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Address customer inquiries through both phone and email channels.
  • Investigate customer questions and provide timely follow-up.
  • Troubleshoot basic website issues or queries.
  • Assist customers with payment-related inquiries and transactions.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in customer service and call center operations.
  • Experience in insurance and benefits is advantageous.
  • Strong data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is essential.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is mandatory.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
