Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

3. Active membership in the state bar.

5. Proven success in managing litigation cases and negotiating contracts.
6. Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex legal concepts.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
8. High standards of professionalism and ethics.
9. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
10. Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple cases effectively.
11. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
