About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Luxury Delivery Driver to join our FASHIONPHILE team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient product movement across our facilities, as well as driving to various Southern California locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and efficient movement of products in and out of facilities, including proper labeling, scanning, and mindful storage to maintain product condition.
  • Handle timely deliveries and transportation of products to/from retail stores, selling studios, and pop-up locations, while maintaining communication with supervisors about drop-offs, pickups, and ETAs.
  • Perform various warehouse duties such as unloading shipments, unpacking products, processing returns, scanning, and moving products between locations, and reporting any discrepancies to the Receiving Supervisor.
  • Maintain the company van by scheduling routine maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, and safeguarding all products during transport, especially high-value items.
Requirements
  • GED or equivalent experience with prior retail or operational experience handling products.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and mobile inventory scanners, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to meet department KPIs and productivity goals.
  • Capable of multitasking, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to consistently lift/carry up to 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice, along with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and strong adherence to safety rules and driving laws.

Compensation

Pay Rate: This position begins at $19.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Carlsbad, CA location.
