  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of delivery specialists to ensure efficient and effective execution of brand experience initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and refine processes to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and retail display performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels for cafes and ensure timely restocking to maintain high-quality customer experiences.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staffing levels to meet business demands, ensuring adequate coverage for peak periods and special events.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and address customer feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communication, management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Proficiency in retail merchandising, marketing communication, design, and decorating, as well as experience in customer experience, project management, and people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Luxury Retail Expertise: Experience in transforming high-end luxury retail businesses, preferably in Manhattan.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results on time, with a strong understanding of process flows and documentation.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
