Responsibilities
This role demands high-level customer service skills, ensuring exceptional experiences for clients opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Representatives will discuss and suggest products and services accurately, taking into account customer needs.

The essential duties include:
* Opening and managing deposit accounts efficiently
* Providing clear explanations of offered products and services
* Maintaining client accounts according to requests
* Addressing customer concerns and questions effectively
* Delivering image work documents accurately and timely as required daily

In this position, candidates must adhere strictly to federal regulations, laws, and bank policies while performing their responsibilities.

Requirements
A minimum of one year's proven customer service experience is necessary. Prior experience in banking and knowledge of banking processes are highly preferred. Additionally, basic clerical skills with the ability to multitask are crucial. A high school diploma or GED is also required.
