About the Manager in Training Role:

As a Hospitality/Front of House Manager in Training (MIT), you will gain preparation for a potential future role within our hospitality team leadership. Through this process, you will learn best practices from your Compass Group sector and facilitate these practices within areas like marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, and supply chain. You will be assigned to a training location to complete on-site, hands-on learning while participating in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).

AMP is a unique combination of assessment, organizational training, and one-on-one coaching that surfaces and develops our future leaders. This personalized approach customizes learning for your unique strengths, skills, and interests, providing a competency-based assessment, experiential learning, micro-courses, simulations, peer support, and mentorship.
