About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused professional who is passionate about building long-term relationships and providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative/Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service and inventory management for our customers and for our local sales team. You will also be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure that products are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
