The Senior Sales & Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing account openings and resolving complex customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrates proficiency in promoting and servicing deposit and consumer loan products. Achieves set sales and referral targets.
- Customer Engagement: Exhibits a friendly, professional demeanor while providing timely resolutions to customer issues. Maintains a positive image and fosters strong customer relationships.
- Branch Collaboration: Supports fellow branch staff as needed, ensuring smooth operations. Utilizes technology effectively and serves as a mentor for new employees. Handles various transactions accurately, including deposits and withdrawals, while ensuring cash drawer and vault balances are maintained.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Advocates for the Kennebunk Savings brand by promoting products and services.
- Adheres to organizational policies and procedures.
- Encourages teamwork within the department and across the organization.
- Stays informed about company updates and completes required training.
- May participate in various committees and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Certifications: Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Maintains confidentiality and trust.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Displays a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

- Possesses knowledge of banking regulations.

Experience: 2-3 years in financial services or a related field, with experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions: The work environment is generally comfortable, with minimal exposure to hazards. The role may require lifting and moving moderately heavy objects occasionally.
