Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with IntelyCare, you will be working in various post-acute care facilities, including ALFs and SNFs. Your primary responsibilities include administering nursing care, devising care plans, and ensuring residents receive personalized treatments and medications.

You will also be responsible for explaining treatment options to residents and their family members, consulting with other healthcare professionals, setting up medical equipment, and overseeing compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.

In addition, you will document interventions and medical histories, perform fluid sample draws, lead training and supervision of nursing staff, and ensure accurate medical records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
