We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Budgeting Expert to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating a financial management strategy to help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial management strategies to ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Work with project managers, schedulers, and task leads to develop actionable plans for securing funding
  • Utilize knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies to help clients develop well-formed requirements
  • Ensure efficient use of funding through consistent tracking and communication with project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with functional specialists, automation specialists, contractors, vendors, and customers to automate client requirements into automated applications
Requirements
  • Experience with performing financial analysis and budget planning
  • Experience with productivity and management methods, including quality control, process or status reports, budgetary status reports, or program reviews
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for allocating resources
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Master's degree and 15+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office Suite Certification
  • Microsoft Excel Subject Matter Expert Certification
