Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time tennis instructor who is eager to engage with players on the court. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both coaching and competitive play, coupled with an enthusiastic and positive demeanor. Availability to work weekends, along with flexible scheduling throughout the week, is essential. We anticipate that this professional will achieve approximately 40 hours of on-court engagement within the first month of employment, with the potential to earn up to $100,000 annually for exemplary coaching performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction to players of all skill levels—from beginners to advanced, including juniors and adults.
  • Conduct private and semi-private lessons, as well as group clinics.
  • Actively engage in club events and activities, such as mixers and charity tournaments.
  • Share duties for holiday tennis events and USTA tournaments on a rotating basis.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum playing rating of 4.5 or higher.
  • Current USPTA or USPTR professional teaching certification.
  • At least 2 years of coaching experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual salary range: $75,000 to $125,000. Visa sponsorship available for international candidates.
