Boxing Coach

We are seeking a skilled Boxing Coach to join our team at UFC GYM LANCASTER. As a Boxing Coach, you will be responsible for leading dynamic group classes, conducting one-on-one personal training sessions, and providing technical expertise to our members.

• Design and lead engaging boxing conditioning group classes, focusing on cardiovascular fitness, strength, and agility.
• Conduct boxing technique group classes, emphasizing proper techniques and skills, and incorporating drills to enhance footwork, defensive maneuvers, and offensive strategies.
• Offer personalized boxing training sessions, tailoring workouts to meet individual fitness goals and skill levels, and providing technical guidance and constructive feedback.
• Possess formal, technical boxing training and bring amateur or professional boxing experience to the coaching role.
• Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and motivate participants, and commit to providing high-quality coaching during scheduled sessions.

• Formal boxing training with technical proficiency.
• Amateur or professional boxing experience.
• Prior coaching or training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

This is a part-time position with flexibility for 1-2 nights a week. The coach will contribute to a positive and energizing atmosphere within the gym.
