Muay Thai Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Muay Thai Instructor to join our team at UFC Gym Lancaster. As a Muay Thai Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, achieving revenue goals, and promoting our Train Different philosophy.

• Deliver high-quality Muay Thai training sessions to members, focusing on safety, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed personal revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment, adhering to UFC Gym standards.

• Minimum 1 year of related coaching experience, preferably in Muay Thai or a similar martial art.
• Certification from a recognized organization, such as the International Muay Thai Federation (IMTF).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, staff, and management.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
