Role Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Human Resource Generalist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with company values and culture
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage relationships with benefits providers
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management roles
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000 depending on experience.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, parental leave, retirement PTO, and additional voluntary benefits.
