Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our team at Concrete Pump Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery, including truck-mounted concrete booms, to deliver high-quality concrete to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely drive and operate truck-mounted concrete booms to deliver concrete to job sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and light repairs on pumps, including greasing fittings, changing gaskets, and checking fluid levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by representing our company through efficient work and courteous service.
  • Yard Operations: Maintain a clean and organized yard, including washing and storing equipment, and keeping the area free of concrete and grease.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete and submit pump inspection forms, job tickets, and maintenance forms, as well as keep accurate timecards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL): A valid CDL with a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Normal vision and hearing, and the ability to lift and carry pipes and clamps.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Some mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required.
