Job Overview:

Troon International is pleased to present an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Banquet Bartender. The ideal candidate will excel in a service-oriented environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the event space and ensure that the meeting area is arranged according to the specified requirements.
  2. Serve beverages and food items to guests in accordance with established service protocols.
  3. Set up dining tables, buffets, and other service stations as outlined in the Banquet Event Order or as instructed.
  4. Communicate guest requests and feedback to the management team.
  5. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized banquet or catering kitchen, including coolers and equipment.
  6. Support inventory management and monitor waste in the banquet or catering areas.
  7. Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs proactively.
  8. Adhere to safe work practices in all job functions.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; one to three months of experience in banquet service or training; or a combination of education and experience.

Must meet state age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Other Qualifications:

  • Exhibit high energy and motivation.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Skills and Attributes:

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
