Fleet Solutions Business Developer

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing accounts to ensure exceptional customer service.
Main Duties:- Responsible for a sales quota, selling multiple product lines, including Full-Service Leasing and Complete Compliance Maintenance Packages.
- Create opportunities to build and grow books of business.
- Utilize CRM tool to stay organized with prospects, customers, forecasts, and day-to-day operations.
- Be accountable to the team, collaborate on internal and external solutions, and be empowered to make decisions daily.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience required.
- 3 Years of industry-related experience preferred.
- Achieves all aspects of annual quota.
- Basic understanding of business finance.
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer knowledge.
