Lease Account Manager Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing accounts to ensure exceptional customer service.

Main Duties:
  • Responsible for a sales quota, selling multiple product lines, including Full-Service Leasing and Complete Compliance Maintenance Packages.
  • Create opportunities to build and grow books of business.
  • Utilize CRM tool to stay organized with prospects, customers, forecasts, and day-to-day operations.
  • Be accountable to the team, collaborate on internal and external solutions, and be empowered to make decisions daily.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience required.
  • 3 Years of industry-related experience preferred.
  • Achieves all aspects of annual quota.
  • Basic understanding of business finance.
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting plans.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge.
