Part-time Banker

Regional Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-time Teller to provide exceptional customer service and support to our members. As a Part-time Teller, you will be responsible for serving members at the teller window, performing account transactions, and developing relationships with our members.

• Serve Members: Provide excellent customer service to our members by performing account transactions, account maintenance, and developing relationships.
• Share Product Information: Share REGIONAL's product information with members and introduce them to programs and products designed to help them fulfill their individual financial needs.
• Meet Sales Requirements: Participate in credit union's incentive program and other programs designed to help achieve individual and organizational goals.
• Follow Policies and Procedures: Follow all policies and procedures, including security measures and elements outlined in REGIONAL's Personnel Policy.
• Complete Ongoing Training: Take advantage of ongoing training provided by REGIONAL to maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the credit union's products and services.
• Maintain Accurate Transaction Details: Maintain accurate transaction details, maintain a balanced teller drawer, and adhere to the established Cash Management and Funds Reconciliation section of the Personnel Policy.

• Availability: Available to work Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12:15 pm.
• Part-time Work: Part-time work 15-35 hours per week.
• Experience: Previous experience in Sales, Cash Handling, or financial banking is required.
• Punctuality and Goals: Punctuality and desire to meet set goals are also required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 15 pounds at times due to coin bags and stand for a length of time.
