The Interactive Banker is a key role at First Guaranty Bank, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through video technology. This position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products and services, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide personalized assistance to customers, enhancing their interactive banking experience.
• Facilitate transactions, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and account balance inquiries.
• Advise customers on banking products and services, promoting customer enthusiasm and engagement.
• Protect customer confidentiality and maintain a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC regulations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, addressing them by name and providing exceptional customer service.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Process and balance end-of-day posting files, adhering to BSA/AML policy and all other bank policies.

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, with a preference for previous teller experience.
• Ability to work variable hours, including weekends, early morning, and evening shifts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of computer and equipment capabilities, with the ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with emerging technologies and virtual customer interactions.
