Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service and support to clients through the ITM platform, ensuring a positive and seamless banking experience.
  • Assist customers with various banking transactions, including cash and check deposits, cash withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, account transfers, and account balance inquiries.
  • Facilitate step-by-step guidance through the ITM transaction processes, ensuring customers feel confident and supported throughout their banking experience.
  • Project a professional image and good customer relations, conveying a positive banking/customer service experience through video technology.
  • Advocate the benefits of our products and services to promote customer enthusiasm and engagement.
  • Protect customer confidentiality and privacy, adhering to strict banking regulations and guidelines.
  • Build customer loyalty through courtesy and friendliness, addressing each customer by name and providing personalized support.
  • Research and resolve customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in an empathetic and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC regulations.
  • Work variable hours, including weekends, early morning, and evening shifts, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Process, balance, and upload end-of-day posting files, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Adhere to BSA/AML policy and all other bank policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, with a preference for previous teller experience.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including weekends, early morning, and evening shifts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understanding of computer and other equipment capabilities and limitations, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to function well in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with emerging technologies and virtual customer interactions, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of regulatory and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to strict banking regulations and guidelines.
