Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support Accounting and Finance teams on all issues related to Oracle Cloud/Fusion
  • Administer and support Oracle Cloud Finance/Accounting modules
  • Triage daily tickets across all markets/offices
  • Troubleshoot and address/solve issues
  • Support various business processes including AP, AR, GL, financial rollups, and other accounting specific functions
  • Support AP/AR, invoicing, bank integration, bank/payment set-ups, etc.
  • Collaborate with teams across the globe providing support

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud/Fusion experience (must have) – ideally in accounting/finance modules (will consider strong Oracle Cloud experience in operations or other modules)
  • 2-5 years+ supporting Oracle AR, AP, GL, Financials
  • 5-10 years overall ERP Application Support (Oracle preferred)

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Experience with other Oracle modules (Operations, Order Management, Purchasing preferred)
  • Strong understanding of underlying data structure surround ERP applications, tables, and views with the ability to access data via SQL
  • Proven understanding of business processes supported by ERP applications.
