Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Recovery Specialist to join our team at Jefferson Capital Systems. As a key member of our internal recovery team, you will play a critical role in resolving consumer debt and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with consumers to review account information, establish payment arrangements, and document call results.
  • Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude, providing exceptional customer service and support to both consumers and teammates.
  • Contribute to team and personal performance goals, working independently and effectively as a team to achieve results.
  • Apply listening, negotiating, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maximize team performance and resolve consumer debt.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and negotiate as needed.
  • Basic computer skills, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Reliable and demonstrates the ability to consistently work the assigned schedule.
