Job Summary

Catholic Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional care and education to patients and residents in accordance with current standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized diet plans for patients and residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on nutrition and health.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify nutritional needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics.

Requirements

  • Current State of Florida license as a dietitian.
  • Registration or eligibility with the CDR of the American Dietetic Association.
  • BS in clinical dietetics or foods/nutrition; plus, one-year internship or equivalent, or master's degree required.
  • Minimum of one-year clinical dietetics experience preferred.
  • Skilled Nursing and IRF experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 250+ pounds.
