A dynamic organization dedicated to combating human trafficking, Frontline Response International is seeking a highly motivated Trafficking Response Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are committed to providing holistic support to survivors of commercial sexual exploitation. As a Trafficking Response Specialist, you will play a vital role in responding to crisis situations, coordinating care, and making connections to long-term support services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming signals from victims, service providers, law enforcement, and other stakeholders, using your expertise to strategize effective responses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to signals from diverse sources, adhering to established protocols and utilizing relevant databases;
  • Develop tailored responses to crisis contacts, referrals, and requests for training and technical assistance;
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive case notes, ensuring seamless data collection and analysis;
  • Participate in mandatory staff meetings and contribute to projects enhancing the National Hotline's functionality;
Requirements:
  • A personal cellular device with stable internet connectivity;
  • A quiet and private workspace;
  • An ability to work alternative schedules, including overnight shifts;
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively within multicultural environments;
  • A passion for social justice and human rights;
  • Practical knowledge of the anti-trafficking movement in the United States;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A comfort level with technology and decisiveness when handling sensitive cases;
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations;
Preferred Qualifications:

An accredited certificate demonstrating Spanish/English bilingual proficiency.

Physical Requirements:
  • Normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate effectively;
  • Sufficient eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
