Parking Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Parking Cashier to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process cash transactions, manage cash and tickets, and maintain a secure and organized work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Booth Maintenance: Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of the cashier's booth, including windows and signage.
  • Supply Management: Ensure that supplies are properly stacked and organized at all times.
  • Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, including locking doors and windows, and securing cash and control sheets.
Requirements:
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
  • Communication: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to verbally communicate with guests.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is an asset.
