Job Summary

We are seeking a Home Health Aide Specialist to join our team at BrightStar Care of Sugar Land, TX. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support to seniors and individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of our clients. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop personalized care plans and document client progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
