Employer Shared Responsibility Specialist

This role is pivotal in the client onboarding process and ongoing management of ***'s Employer Shared Responsibility Services (ESR). The specialist serves as the primary contact for clients utilizing ESR services, addressing inquiries through both written communication and phone interactions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Address inquiries from clients, Sales, and Operations partners, and proactively reach out to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for ESR clients.

2. Facilitate client access to ***'s Health & Benefits platform and clarify any questions regarding Analysis & Monitoring reports, IRS 6056 Tax Filing, and Employer Shared Mandate regulations.

3. Collect and analyze data from various internal systems such as AskIt, iComm, and Salesforce, as well as external resources like the IRS and Department of Treasury, to effectively resolve ESR-related issues.

4. Maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while utilizing problem-solving skills to provide accurate recommendations.

5. Stay informed about new and existing client account configurations and ESR processes to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

6. Document all communications meticulously to track client needs and ***'s responses.

7. Participate in product-related projects, including ESR Regulations, product testing, and training sessions as needed.

8. Mentor and train less experienced *** and Contract employees to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

9. Uphold departmental service level agreements within ESR Services and contribute to ongoing client satisfaction through efficient processes and service delivery.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
