Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Clean Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the effective and efficient management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks, providing strategic solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Long-Term Planning: Play a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff levels, wages, hours, and contract labor to revenue, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Customer Service: Anticipate customer needs, adapt to changing goals and direction, and multitask to ensure seamless business execution.
  • Leadership: Proven experience supervising departments of 15+ employees, collaborating with home office team members to ensure positive morale and uphold company values.
  • Issue Resolution: Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, and resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate levels when required.
  • Site Management: Manage the daily activities of assigned portfolio sites, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
  • Feedback and Communication: Solicit and respond to feedback, gaining commitment and support from stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Governance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct, working closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are properly executed.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate, schedule, and perform all special project work for assigned buildings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience supervising departments of 15+ employees.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing goals and direction, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
