Position Summary:
The Maintenance Reliability Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational reliability of our theme park attractions, including rides and shows. This position is essential for maximizing equipment uptime and availability, thus enhancing guest experiences. The responsibilities include providing expert technical support to the maintenance team, leading Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and developing effective preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the advancement of reliability processes to improve performance and minimize maintenance costs.
  • Lead RCFA initiatives and implement solutions for complex and recurring issues.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of maintenance activities and inventory management.
  • Oversee the development and refinement of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Plans.
  • Conduct critical assessments of assets and spare parts inventory.
  • Identify and recommend optimal maintenance practices tailored to specific equipment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of equipment systems to validate maintenance strategies.
  • Enhance maintenance protocols based on performance data.
  • Develop strategic plans for an effective Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program.
  • Implement risk assessment methodologies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Review engineering designs to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and procure tools and resources necessary for reliability improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in maintenance reliability.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related fields, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Maximo CMMS.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive outlook.
  • Creative problem solver with a focus on results and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
