Key Responsibilities- System Implementation and Maintenance: Provide support for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including network devices, mobile devices, and server hardware.
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support: Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- System Optimization and Capacity Planning: Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning to ensure optimal performance.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, and communicate effectively with users and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience as a System Administrator, with a strong background in IT systems implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Certifications: CWIP Certified IAT II or higher, and Security+ CE or equivalent.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required.
