About the Role

We're seeking a talented Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our home health care team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care plans.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license and a minimum of 6 months of experience in the field.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using patient and healthcare databases, as well as electronic medical records (EMRs).
