Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, a state-of-the-art physical rehab hospital, is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs & RNs to join its team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleWe are looking for LPNs & RNs to work on our Neurology, Brain Injury, Med Surg, and Cardiopulmonary units. In this role, you will assist patients in adapting to an altered lifestyle while providing a therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current LPN or RN license
- Experience working in a rehabilitation hospital or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
