LPN-Med Rated-Brain Injury Unit-Sunnyview Rehab Hospital-Per Diem

Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a member of our Brain Injury Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their recovery and well-being.
About the RoleAs an LPN on our Brain Injury Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Assisting with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges
- Participating in patient education and family support
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current NYS LPN license
