Vehicle Inspections:
Conduct weekly assessments of service and pump vehicles.

Ensure cleanliness, adequate stock levels, and accountability for tools.

Address any maintenance or operational concerns promptly.

Problem Solving and Customer Solutions:
Provide effective solutions to operational challenges both on-site and for customers.

Exercise autonomy and decision-making authority to ensure customer satisfaction.

Leadership and Management:
Exhibit strong leadership and management capabilities.

Support the training and development of staff to maintain high performance standards.

Administer verbal and written disciplinary actions as required.

Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.

Division Management:
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams and with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Identify and pursue opportunities for division growth, including expanding service offerings and securing new contracts.
