Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Advisory Consultant to join our Business Risk Services team. As a Risk Advisory Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to develop solutions to problems and drive positive change. You will think strategically about clients' businesses, systems, and risks, and work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and consult with them regarding risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to help clients assess and mitigate risks
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on how to improve their risk management practices
  • Work with clients to develop and implement internal controls and governance procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risks and opportunities
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on risk management best practices
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a full-time student during the current school year in an Accounting, Business Management, or Finance related degree
  • Availability to begin full-time employment in Summer 2025
  • Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving
  • Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Availability to travel as needed for client projects
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
