Role Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Cybersecurity Risk Consultant to join our vibrant team. This position offers functional leadership with the potential for expanded responsibilities in the future. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in crafting, positioning, and implementing a comprehensive cyber risk services strategy tailored for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Develop a proactive customer service initiative that includes direct outreach and educational support, establishing AXIS Cyber Risk Advisory as a premier asset within our cyber insurance offerings.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with AXIS's proactive/pre-breach vendors, ensuring continuous performance evaluation and hosting regular stewardship meetings.
- Cyber Threat Intelligence Development: Create and disseminate Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) briefings, utilizing a blend of public and licensed sources to provide actionable insights to Underwriters, Brokers, and Clients.
- Incident Support: Act as the primary backup for the AXIS Cyber Incident Commander, managing inbound incident notifications and guiding clients through their next steps.
- Technical Support for Underwriting: Assist Underwriters in evaluating individual accounts by providing expert cyber risk analysis and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends in the cyber insurance sector, sharing insights with internal teams and clients, and contributing to the enhancement of claims handling procedures.
Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or cyber insurance in an advisory role.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as cyber risk management, information privacy, and cyber crisis management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Security and Risk Management or Cyber Security.
