We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BRIA, a community-driven rehabilitation center focused on work-life balance.
About the Role:
As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervising and educating certified nursing assistants. You will also prepare and administer medications, chart and maintain accurate documentation, and foster a positive work environment for your team-members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their comfort and well-being
- Supervise and educate CNAs to ensure seamless care delivery
- Prepare and administer medications safely and accurately
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient care
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive team culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing; current and valid IL nursing license required
- Current CPR certification; 1+ year experience in long-term care
